I'm going to be an author!

About three years ago, I received an email from Hosanna Revival asking if I had ever considered writing a book.

Little did they know that writing a book was a childhood dream I had long since let go of, only for it to start resurfacing right around the time they reached out. God's timing is so cool.

At the time, I was midway through my Color of the Month blog series, and the project sparked an idea for a book that would explore the intersection of faith, creativity, color, and scripture.

So I said yes.

What followed was a long, quiet season of writing, painting, researching, and rewriting—all while keeping the project a secret.

But now the book is finished and headed to print, which means it's time to start preparing for its launch this fall. And that means it's finally time to start talking about it!

So here's my big announcement:

I wrote a book!

Over the coming months, I'll be sharing more details about the title, cover, release date, launch events, and everything else that comes with bringing a book into the world.
